Hood release lever

Could someone post a side shot picture of the hood release lever for a 71 Challenger.Mine is bent and I am not sure what are factory bends or just damage.

Is the front edge on the one attached straight? Mine is bent down and looks like the one you are showing that has rust.Mine also has a slight bend downward back where it attaches.Should it be straight the entire length?

I hope this one helps a little more. Its level on the car, bends upward, and the levels off again.
