What Used Part would you NOT Buy?
« on: March 05, 2008 - 01:16:28 PM »
There are some used parts that I refuse to buy. One of them is a clutch throw-out bearing. Believe it or not, I saw one up for auction on eBay. I know some are on a tight budget but sometimes the piece o' mind is worth a few more bucks. What about you guys/gals? Any used parts you refuse to buy or use on your C/C?

:iagree:  Also some electrical parts, like ECU, resistor, spark plugs, wires...any part that is cheap enough to buy new... Front end parts...

My friend wanted to sell his used front end parts from his '68 Charger online...I didn't think anyone would want them...  :dunno:

:iagree:In addition to the above, carpet.  At the current prices why put up with moldy, faded and smelly carpet.

I would never buy a used converter , if the last trans failed it could wash all the debris into your good trans & wreck it
