Front Sway Bar Questions
« on: March 05, 2008 - 04:14:42 PM »
Installing the front sway bar, and I have two questions:

1) the bar ends are not striaght; they curve slightly. When installed, should that curve point up or down? I'm thinking up, but I want to make sure.

2) The brackets that hold the bushings can mount in two positions, forward or rearward. Which is correct?

I don't keep my car here, but I say you are correct with question #1. I can't help with #2 until tomorrow, but I'm sure someone will chime in before then.  :grinyes:

How long did it take you to install the bar? Any snags doing it?

Took about 15 minutes, but I imagine that not having the lower control arms and strut rods installed made it somewhat easier.
