Eehhh...it was OK.  As far as Pixar movies are concerned, it was one of my least favorites - but of the five movies I've seen in the last five weeks (Ironman, Indiana Jones, Narnia and Speedracer (ick)), it's my second favorite.

OKAY, Sooooo ,what was your favorite?

"Ironman," totally.  My wife even wanted to see it again and she doesn't usually go for that type of film.  That movie will be added to our DVD library when it comes out.  Surprisingly, my son didn't like it - the Ironman mask creeped him out.  I've been holding off on seeing "The Hulk" for just that reason.

Upon further reflection, I put "WALL-E" at the bottom of Pixar films.  It's not awful, just a little short on story.

I am going to have to agree, I liked Ironman better than Indy.  Almost sacriligious to say it out loud as a huge fan of the Indan Jones series but Ironman was a great flick and Indiana Jones was just mor eof the same.   R. Downey Jr totally surprised me as Tony Stark.Never pictured him as Super Hero type but he really pulled it off.

Greg, the car looks great and is coming along, I have been following this thread and enjoy seeing the pics so keep them coming.

On another note.... My supplier, the one we are waiting for a small bag resurfaced after dissapearing for the last 4 weeks, he had been in the hospital, his diabeties went south and almost killed him. He is back and called to tell me that my shipment was being packed up and hopfully will ship tomorrow or monday..... Horay!!!!!

On a second note.... I should be picking up the 70 Challenger this saturday or sunday....  :woohoo:

Lazed around for two days of the three-day weekend, then got to work today.  I finally installed the four-speed hump, then spent the rest of the afternoon cleaning up the headlight bezels and adjuster rings.  It felt good to finally put something back on the car. I'm looking forward to getting that package, Nick - and congrats again on the car.

Good to see Greg :clapping: ............ Get some more seam sealer and brush it around the four speed hump buddy. This will make it look factory installed and hide the rivet heads at the same time :2thumbs: great headway old mate.

Kenny... :roflsmiley:  factory installed... :roflsmiley:  hide the rivet heads!!  :roflsmiley: :roflsmiley: :smilielol:  Thanks, buddy, but those are sheet metal screws and it's gonna be covered.  I'll paint the bare metal, but that's about it.

Spent today cleaning up the last of my rear lights - the license plate light - sorry no pic - and then disassembled and started restoring my heater box.  I'm not sure what I'm going to do about the damaged blower motor mount.  I'm sure it can be repaired, but I have no experience with fiberglass and don't think this is where I should start learning how to do it.

Short update today.  I spent a little time on both Sat and Sun working on the heater box restoration.  I hope to finish it up week after next, after I get Chuck's extra front half of the box.  No pics - it was all just wire-wheel or soap-and-water work.

Bad news - I still hadn't received my pistons from Scum-mit, so looked on the site at my order status and the B@STARDS CANCELLED MY ORDER!!!  :swear: :swear: :stomp: :pullinghair: :banghead: :swear:  All this time and they cancel it, as though TRW stopped making .040 over pistons.  Not to mention all the lost time.  So, back to square 1 on that.  $$#&%)#%!!!!!!!

Short update.  I spent the weekend working on restoring the front turn signals/housings.  Rust in a lamp socket is a PITA to get out.  No pics - they look just like the back ones (see page 4 of this thread.)

Big day today - I finally got off my @ss and ordered some pistons - KB hypereutectics through the shop that did my crank work.  Also, I got a nice box in the mail from Az-Nick with the interior screw kit and the paint kit, so I'm planning on finally starting to hang parts back on the car this weekend.  I'm hoping to get three more boxes before the end of the week - the Ron Francis wiring kit, a tubing bender kit from Eastwood (brakes and fuel) and the front half of a heater box from Chucks_71.  :jumping:
