No, not original. I don't know what they're from. I e-mailed the guy last night just before I posted this.

Remember, his car could be just like yours underneath. But yours is a Challenger.
You could always make yours a dependable driver with A/C, if that's what you want.
I understand the need to drive something but Greg you'l lbe giving up an R/T Challenger for a /6 Duster. You sure you really want to do that?
Guys, I know I could make mine a driver with A/C, but the reality is, for a variety of reasons, I don't work on it often enough or have the skills without help to get to a driver in any less than two years. And that's without doing the body and paint work. Honestly, in the condition mine is in, there's no way it's worth $10k+ in this market. I wouldn't pay that much. (If someone wants to give me $10k, PM me and let's talk.)
So, yes, I understand that I'd be taking a financial loss given all the parts I've purchased. Yes, I understand I'd be giving up an R/T Challenger for a /6 Duster, but I'd also be giving up a car in pieces with unrepaired rust that I work on once a month for a finished car I can work on a little at a time and still drive. Take this car, put some wheels on it, save my
towards a small block and I could actually enjoy it in the meantime instead of staring at it in the garage or fighting with my wife when I do work on it. As Gary knows, there will always be another Challenger or Cuda.
We'll see - the guy might not even be interested. If he is, I'll look real carefully at it to make sure it's solid. If he's not or we can't reach an agreement, I'll continue working on mine or sell it.
You know, I might feel different if I'd ever actually driven mine. I've owned it for almost 16 years and I have no idea what it feels like to drive it.
