I just now this minute finished installing the scoops. I had to tap a stud thread by hand. These are mounted in rubber not steal and it was very slow as to not break the stud out of the rubber. It took me 2 yrs to find these scoops. and I went through 3 members to get them. They are tough to find, then it takes a wad of hundred dollar bills big enough to choke king kong to purchase these small and out of the way items.  They were not built sturdy either, from the factory.

Let me get the interior back together now since the back has to come out to install the scoops, get it off the stands and take it outside for the best pics. Inside, the florescent stripe kit glows when you take a picture and you cant see all of the stripe if your an amature like me.  I'm trying. Working on 4 hrs sleep, so movin kinda slow.

Now I can get started with other small details on the car unless someone wants to trade that wants to restore the car all the way. I just built it back like it was and is my everyday driver.  ------Not forsale  just kidding

Well the scoops are so down low and everything is black like stock, so it was hard to take a picture. I took 10 but 3 pics you can actually see the scoops. The shade under the car made it tough to see the scoops. Oh, and my wife came outside and wanted to go for a ride in it :bananasmi

Hey, it may not be show-ready, but it looks cleaner than ANY of my cars!

The scoops look great.  Enjoy the ride with your wife.

 :wow: Alan,

Great stuff buddy.  Car looks heaps better now.
A good photo shoot for your car would be on a light colored road base like concrete and laying down on the ground to take the picture of the whole car would help the Black and the scoops stand out. :jumping:

Can't wait till my car gets here now.................

So is that how the factory painted the lower portion of the car with that scoop option ? Never seen one like that before, looks pretty cool.

Looks terrific, Alan!   :grinyes:  :bananasmi

Know I know why you like them, they are subtle, but really give the car a unique look.  I really like the red and silver pinstripe on the blacked out areas.  Looks very unique!  (Did I say that already?  :clueless: )
