If you look at the pic of the hood it has waves in it.

The only CRYING SHAME is that folks don't look in the EBAY section
before posting the same thing in the wrong section  :poopoke:

Yeah, he got WAY more responses than I did in the E-Bay section.   :walkaway:

Quite a few nice musclecars were lost in San Diego last year from those huge fires. There must be a few pics of those around.

The pics look familar..... from a couple years back, maybe when someone posted pics of a burned convertible they "just bought".

May have sold it to this "Mr. I've had it for 15 years but sorry I dont have pictures or the VIN" character here....

Had the car in storage for about 14 years, just started to get it back into running condition and took it to my best friends 24,000 square foot shop to have him do some work on it. Took it in Sept or so, wasn't in a big hurry, they just moved it around and he was getting ready to work on it. Dec 30th about 2 AM, had a fire, fire dept supposedly had it out, fire Marshall called the all clear. At 6 AM, the place was completely in flames, multiple explosions. The entire place burnt to the ground. He was only in the building 2 years, had a killer business going, had his NAPA parts store in the same building. When I found out about it, I talked to him and asked if there was anything I could do, and he said "i am only sitting here watching it burn." I totally forgot until about 3 hours later that my car was in there!! Luckily I had it insured for pretty good money, not enough since there was only like 37 or something 440 4 speed R/T ragtops made in 70. So I didn't take too long to get the new one. Maybe should have waited to find the "perfect" car, but saw the one I have now and just want after it. Lesson of the day, insure your car for as much as the insurance company will let you. I use Hagerty and it went pretty well.
Worst part is my buddy and his shop. He got moved into a vacated Ford dealership within a week and business is picking up. He is going to start the rebuild soon.

It's too bad about the car and all, but why isn't there any "before" pic's.  The seller states that the fire was arson, which is really too bad.  Why can't people just leave others stuff a lone?
