I started out with a 12" drop in the front and 5" in the back. This was way too bottom heavy, so I move the front to 8" and because of the way I built the rear, I could not lower it any more. It is still a little bottom heavy, but quite good. I can move it to about 60 to 70 degrees with very little effort, and just use one foot on the cross bar to push it the rest of the way to 90 degrees. If I could drop the rear to about 2" to 3", I am sure it would be much better.
