Stupid is as Stupid does(referring to Jiffy Lube)You would think after the news blitz of their scams they would do differently,or was my thoughts.I did see the bust on them a when it happened, figured no one is that stupid and they would do it right, boy was i wrong.Remember when Jack in the Box  got caught under cooking meat? After the scandle it was the safest place to eat a burger,I guess JIffy Lube is just dishonest from the TOP down.

Video says they shut the stores down and re-trained the employees...how to spot television reporters.  :poopoke:

Suposedly if the vehicle has a remote keyless entry, your wife could have called you on your cell phone, put the second remote up to the phone, and you could have opened your vehicle like that, without her driving to the shop.  I have never tried it, but it is supposed to work.  That could have saved her some time.....

Ya right,I went all the way back in today with a old filter in hand.He said thanks I will show it to the manager next week.I said thanks for waisting even more of my time.He said we dont work like that, not changing a filter,I said You did this time.So I'm getting the run around.I think i will just tell them to shove it,hire my nephew for 10 bucks to put flyers(Jiffy lube Sux,they dont change your oil filter) on all the windshields of cars in the costco parking lot where they are located. He wanted to keep my old filter,I said, your not keeping it,its the only evidence i have.At this point its not the money but a principle and a cause for me.

One of my center caps on my rims came off because none of the allen bolts weren't tightened. WHen I checked all the other wheels they were waiting to come off too.

District Manager!  Don't mess around with the guys at the store.   Go straight to District, or Regional manager.  That is the person who has the ability to make something happen.  Guy at the store was likely trying to destroy the evidence. :misbehaving:
