I am listing for sale my recent project car - for pics of the entire build go to
www.challengergary.com Also, in the member's Restorations Section of this board there is a whole 6 page thread dedicated to my project
This car started life as a 318 Satellite. I have added a freshly rebuilt 440, rebuilt the front end and added a sway bar, added an air grabber hood (that needs finishing - missing underhood components), painted the rust free body 1971 GY3 Curious Yellow/Citron Yella. There was only one small 2" * 6 " spot of rust that I had to repair before painting it. I welded a patch in rather than just mudding it up. The paint and body looks darn good but not perfect. I'd say it's a very nice driver or a local cruise-in type of job. The rims are all 15" with BFG tires. Interior is new but the back seat really needs new foam because the cover I installed sags. The engine has less than 100 miles on it. The frame rails are perfect and so are the floors. Exhaust could use re-doing as I only hooked up the set up that was in the car when I got it. I have a set of Bazooka tips to go with it. I also added power front disk brakes with a 73 up A-Body Spindle setup and a new master cylinder and power brake booster to the car and rebuilt the back brakes including wheel cyliners. After bleeding the system it seems to need a new proportioning valve. I am going to try and replace it this week. This is a nice looking car that needs some detailing to finish it up nicely.
Asking $13,500
I am located in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
Thanks
