So what's the deal with the vert on the stage?  Is that a raffle or something from the station, or just a promo?
I would say that it is a drive on Dyno going by the yellow dyno fan mounted in front. :2thumbs:

Good catch.  I missed that.  That must be one heck of a radio station if they can afford to get one of those out there.

Lots of good pics. Thanks.  When I went to the Mopars at the Rock, they announced that the judging was going to begin and asked that the trunks to be opened but you  did not have to have the lid up, just so the judges could look inside.   :clueless:

Did you win anything?

Yes I did win a trophy with my 70 Cuda and enough money to pay the entry fee of both my Challenger and Cuda. It was a nice show but I really think I entered in the wrong class.

I think a lot of people show pride in their work by finishing out the trunk along with the rest of the car, since that is an area that usually rusts first.  I for one kept mine closed because it was pretty ugly, but now that I'm getting the car completely redone, I will be opening it up  .

I agree, a nice trunk seems to dictate who thorogh the car has been detailed, the first thing that people usually skip out on is the trunk, then under the hood. By showing a nicely detailed trunk and engine bay, it just proves to people there is nothing hiding. Lots of cars look great with the trunk and hood down.   :2cents:

I have a few more in May along with a local car show that I and 3 other people put on for the local youth groups who always have trouble raising money. I'll also be going to a Mopar show in June at Columbia, Mo with the Cuda as it needs to get out on the interstate and cruise some to keep everything working right. Here is a picture of one of the awards we will be giving out at our local car show this year. Let me know what you think.

Good luck in the upcoming shows!! That's great that they also help out some local groups. And I think that award looks great...would be nice addition on a garage wall

Have fun !!
