Putting the front clip back on temporarily in order to pass a visual inspection to get a title. Applied for title ONLY, but car still needs to be "operational" to get paperwork. I live in the bizzarro state.

I'm gonna apply a little bottle of suregrip lube to the dana, then check the ground on the tach and go for a ride. Maybe wash the car and detail it and install some new floor mats, maybe install my grill chrome inserts and finish wireing my road lamps.

Im trying to finish up my 499 and clean shop up some to.  ALSO PICKED UP A 74 DUSTER FOR A RACE CAR PROJECT, SO i AM CLEANING IT UP SOME

Swapped out my blue Holley for the Mallory 110 fuel pump. Much much much quieter.

Also swapped out my MP valve covers for '70 steel valve covers. I didnt realize how much bigger the MPs were. But theyre for sale now.

I put on 4 new Edelbrock Performance IAS shocks on.  What a difference they make.  I gained 1” in height and the handling is much more precise and body roll is greatly reduced.

Installed a new stereo, front speaker and a few interior panels. I am switching from Burnt orange and a few other colours that have been spray bombed black to real black parts!

That is the way my car acted.   :eek4:

I was in third before 10 miles per hour.   :eek7: You need to adjust your kick-down linkage. The slightest movement will change things drastically. I mean... 1/8th inch was all it took for me. In my case, the linkage was as far forward as possible, but still not enough. I had to place a screw behind where the linkage was pushing on the throttle screw of the carb. You need to move the linkage forward. Here is a pic of my handy work.

Making the yearly trip to Sioux Falls SD for the Mopar show. Taking the old Challenger. I guess this is the last show of the year so we will have a great time.
