    gotta give the Old girl a good wash and WAX !!! her first since the resto 2 years ago !! Cruising Van Nuys on Weds and Spring Fling next WEEKEND !!!

    Took the 'cuda out of winter storage and replaced the termostat and dist. hold down clamp.

    I am going to keep it warm and cozy under a tarp while I go to spring fling.  I can't afford a 150 mile tow in the "unlikely" event of a mechanical failure.

    It will be my goal to have the 340 built for fall fling, and drive it there.

    I slid the Charger over and nestled the 'cuda in for a full day of tinkering. Having the shop is fantastic!!  I'm lovin' it!!!   Finally ripped the seat out and cut a small slit in the hump to allow the 5 speed to go up a touch more.  It paid off!  Way less of a vibe in the pistol grip. Took her out on the freeway and it's much better. It's so nice when things help. Most of the time it seems when I fix something...I screw somethin' else up!  Been chasing this rattle for a while now. Messn' with the pinion angle,measuring all over. Checking this,Trying that. You know...   Tinkering.    Guess I better go for a cruise. Seems everytime I go out someone wants to race. This morning it was a new black Kamero...  His plate said "I8YRSRT"   He didn't want any part of me after 10 seconds.  And last night it was WRX and BMW for Dinner.    Yum.     Havin' fun here.             :working:        R/T

    Change of plans.  Sticking on all the loot I scored at the Spring Fling swap meet.   Word to the wise, at 8am saturday it's loaded with cool stuff.  By noon most of the good stuff is gone. Get there early!

    gonna start pulling all the trim off the car to get ready for a sand and primer. Next weekend will be the sand and primer, then getting the body straight, then take the vinyl top off and work the roof, then high build primer, then sit until i return.

    Hood scoops for my RT hood I have to install.  Package tray, DODGE letters for my hood.  hood bumpers, Owners manual, a whole bunch of fastners and assorted small parts, some paint.  Nothing major but a ton of small stuff I needed.

    Put new weather stripping around the trunk and the doors . 100 times easier then I was expecting . Sometimes life is good . :clapping: :clapping:
