Took it out of winter storage for a short 8 mile run. Tomorrow it goes to tranny shop to get leak situation taken care of. I could do it but it's a warranty job.

Took mine out for the first cruise-in of the season Friday night.  And then the wife and I went to Spring Fling Mopar show on Saturday!

It was a great Mopar weekend!

Added a Saginaw PS pump for my manual to power steering conversion and the groove sits 1/4" further forward than the front groove of the crank pulley.  :dunno:  :clueless:
Crank, WP and Alt pulley grooves all line up. Crank Pulley #3614378 WP Pulley #2951836
70 340 aluminum WP passenger side outlet. It's a press fit 70 style oval neck reservoir.
I have a PS pulley that is about 6" and one that is about 7"
When mounted they both have the groove 1/4" too far forward to be lined up perfectly.
The Bouchillon Performance web site says "Pulleys that Are far apart, 1/8”-1/4” is Acceptable."
That just doesn't seem right to me...

I have a BB but I had to shim/make spacers on mine up to get the pulleys to line up. I didn't want the belts flying off at higher rpm's!

Had the same issue on my SB and that was solved by a shim kit from Bouchillon. It was actually just a bunch of washers and longer bolts that moves the pump further back.

 :2thumbs: Thanks guys
I put a couple washers between the pump housing and the front bracket and that got it.
I will find some better washers to make it look better. I just used some I had lying around.

Needs a little paint too.

But it's off to work now... :faint:

Installing a march serpintine belt kit but having problems. The power steering pully is touching the main bracket. The pully wont turn!  I don't think I did anything wrong. It looks like the pump bracket it not machined right. The pump pully is farther back than the others so the belt is not lined up. Any one ever use march kits?
