They are the same. A walleye out of the southern USA is the same as a pickerel out of northern Canada.

In some parts of its range, the walleye is known as the walleyed pike, colored pike, yellow pike or pickerel (esp. in English-speaking Canada), although the fish is not related to other species of pikes which are members of the family Esocidae.[4]

However the Wallye and Pickerel are distintly 2 different species.

Pickerel Americanus

Did you pre-register Brad? Their website says they're full. I'm suppose to go to Zurich Bean Festival show with some others but I've been there about three times and it's the same thing every year. Creemore would be cool for a change. There's also Mopar North in Hanover.

Are you a member of the Ontario vintage cruisers on facebook if so just add your name to the list apparently they have reserved a whole street for Mopars only. You need to add your name to the list or I can do it for you if you decide quick. Otherwise you can still go and park in the lions hall I think it is, just the main street parking is full. Leave now and I can put you up for the night!

Doug and I went for a run up to The Bend. A few cars were out including two 69 Road Runners. Scenery was great for mid September.  :)

I spent time this weekend trying to dial in my carb. Neil called all the way from Panama to help out! Thanks!  :worshippy
I need to order some more parts as I tried/used all I had around. I think I'll order a jet kit and a squirter kit.  If your running a carb I highly suggest one of those quickfuel/proform carbs. They have a TON of adjust-ability. Today I pulled the primary metering block and under the power valve these cars have replaceable  bleeds. I drilled mine out .005" more to test it's better but but I still have a slight bog, needs more squirter..... I'm at #42 in the front and #40 in the rear.  Jets are dialed in pretty good in the primary but I'd like to try a size lower. The Fuel/Air ratio gauge is a very handy tool for tuning!  :2thumbs:

Just throwing this out there... If you have a slight bog, it might be because the squirter isn't coming in quick enough. They sell cam kits for the squirters too. Switching from a pink cam on the primary to the blue one actually solved my problem.
