Almost have my fuel injection project finished up,  need to iron out a better solution for the linkage,  buy some 5/16 vent line and a few other loose ends

Took a friend and her new husband from their wedding to reception in Evergreen, CO. We had a close encounter with a young bull elk of the #1 tee box. The rut is in full swing here in CO, both elk and humans LOL.

You can barely see him the background of my car, so I close up.

Yes, we were at Hiwan Golf Course in Evergreen.  There are a ton of elk there and in Estes Park that are hard to miss.

Finally.... Going to dig my 70 Challenger out from under a pile of crap and pull it out of the garage. Its off to "Dwights Place" here in southern Ontario to become roadworthy. Its been 5 long years. I will post some pictures when I pull it out of the garage. :clapping:

Must be a  :canada: thing as I pulled my old gal out of the garage and made some trips here and there. It was cool (55-60'F) but mostly sunny and that's scarce at this time of the year. Might be the last outing for the old crate this year.

My 74 Chally was painted plum crazy last fall.   Including the area between the rear tail lights.   Going to paint that area (where the key goes) with peelable black paint to match the tail light surrounds.   Should look better, if not peel it back off.   I also have peel-able silver to try if i dont like the black.

To be honest, I like it as it is.

It will be interesting to see if black or silver sway you.

I have been kicking around purchasing the Hurst Pistol Grip from Rick.
Well I went for it last week. Rick shipped it in two days.
There is some filing of the shift stack for the sleeve. The sleeve keeps the pistol grip secure to the shifter stack.
This is for automatic trans.

I did the area between the tail lights in peel able black.   I like it...  Going to leave it on here is a picture.   Also, i hated the huge 74 bumper overriders...  so bought 70-72 bumper guards and mounted them.   Only had to drill a new hole in the bumper...  They cover up the valence holes pretty well...I think.

Tomorrow my car club Fuquay Cruisers is going to a retirement community to put on a show for the old folks.   They love it and it is a convenient way to have a cruise in and the management there throws a huge Picnic lunch and free refreshments as their way of thanking us.
