Mine got a workout yesterday.  Went to Post Office and Bank in the afternoon then to the Chiropractor's later on.  The staff went all gaga over the blue hot rod in the parking lot...  Gave them a little show when I left.

I've only got 9 days till the bodyshop gets the car, so more ripping and tearing.I took some vacation time and yesterday it was arranged that some help would drop by to help take out the engine. The car had to be moved outside because of low ceilings in the garage and I tried to get everything ready before the extra hands got there. With everything hooked up I thought I'd give it a tug and make sure everything was loose. ..........................................
By the time everyone arrived the engine was out and stored, the trans was on the bench and the car was in the garage back on stands. It was time for more beers.

This weekend (that what this thread is called)
Lots of trim to be taken off.
  Gas tank to come out.
  Start on the interior.
Vinyl roof comes off Sunday with some help from a professional on the chrome pieces.

Get it all covered up for the rain today and tomorrow  :( , although it did breath for a few days without the car cover on the several sunny days earlier this week.   :D

Just another day of ripping and tearing.
Finished stripping the trunk, just the exhaust heat shields to go... and finished the engine bay.
Tommorrow some extrior pieces of chrome and the vinyl top.
Hopefully I'll start the interior in the afternoon.
Taking pictures, notes and boxing is taking a lot of time.

Thanks guys , the engine pull wasn't as hard as I expected and I'll certianly get help going in so I don't scratch any fresh paint.

Don't I know it!!   :bricks1:

What type of fuel problem are you having? Trust me here, there is NOTHING I can't solve in this area. My car was a freakin' disaster when I bought it. The only thing I didn't need to replace was the tank.
