I was able to get a few more parts for my car and hope to get started on it some time.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

Well after drilling the holes for the rear T/A spoiler, after I double checked about a dozen times! :scared: I'm going to mount it up for the last time and assemble the tail lights back in after painting the flat black around the tail lights

Got a sticker yesterday and realized I only drove 1000 miles on it last year due to gas prices.  :22yikes:  SO...this morning I drove over an hour in the rain to a car show.It turned out OK as it stopped raining for the most part when I got there and the ride home was also mostly dry.At least I got it our and drove it rather than sitting home wishing I was.Turnout was obviuosly only half of the normal car count but there were a few other nice Mopars.Best part is I have a kill story posted from the ride home!  :burnout:

Just put the bumpers, valances, and grille on . Then took it for the first ride on the black top in 25 years . Ran good except for a rattle I have to find .Looked down one time I was doing 55 in third gear . Motor was barley running .  :burnout:

This weeked I got rid of the last big piece of my 70 'Cuda. I carried the hood up to my brother in Rio Rancho so he could put it away. I did steal the little Plymouth badge off the right front for a keepsake. The only things I have left of my car is the rallye dash which will go into my Challenger, the hood badge and one of the quarter running lights. I tell myself that the spirit of my departed 'Cuda will live on in my Challenger  :swaying:

Didn't trade it away.  Finished painting my steelies, but I still need one replacement tire.  Did a little minor cleaning.  Worked on cleaning out corrosion from the wiper motor and finishing the restoration of same.  Anyone know where I can find fabric-covered wires?  Or can I use standard plastic insulated wiring?

I'm charging the battery.  It'll be another month before I get it on the road.

Hey Hood, sounds as if you need a new battery charger if it takes that long to charge one battery my friend :roflsmiley:
