I replaced a water pump on my uncles 64 Valiant.  Slant 6 pretty easy job really. My uncle was just diagnosed with alsimer s and was given 5 to 7 years to live. Not fun he lost his license and thats very hard for him. Would be for me too if I was in his shoes . Took him to a few local cruise nights. He really seemed to enjoy that. He asked me if I wanted to buy it but its just not my thing and its a 4 door. It only has 48k on it. Its in very good condition but..... I'm waiting for a new coil for the Challenger and sitting here by the lake att Killbear provincial park camping till wednesday. Beautiful place!

Took my car to a Friday night cruise night to get the weeks trial and tribulations off my mind of dealing with the low moral standards people. I was having a cool conversation with a guy regarding his beautiful 70 Challenger RT-SE with a Hemi. We were talking about how a lot of people don't drive their cars out of fear of getting damaged. We moved to the topic of motor mounts and he directs me to look at his car, in doing so he notices a mark on his fender that he initially thought was bird s*#t only to find some one just keyed his car bad. Not the old down the side of the car like they do at the mall, but more of someone standing next to it grinding the key down to the bare metal above the fender light. God, I felt horrible. He packed up his stuff and left with his wife. I didn't know the right words to say as I witnessed him discover it. I think I felt worse than if it happened to me. Only equivalent would be walking with your friend into his home to find his wife with another dude! I am not a negative person by any means but some times you just gotta say what the hell is wrong with people. Sorry if this is in the wrong forum but I guess I am trying to say stay vigil if you are taking your ebody out this weekend.

I would beat that person to within an inch of their life if I cought them doing it to my car or anyone elses for that fact.

My task for the day was to move the spring hangers over to the left 3/16" as my right rear tire was rubbing just a smidge on the fender lip, those 295's are snug in there!

I agree , only I wouldn't have to do a thing as 90% of the people at the car show would do it for me. Man that's just ignorant no excuse for that! :villagers:

Boy, thats terrible.

I'm planning to take mine to a show at the Budweiser Plant here in NH on Sunday.  People just have little to no respect for others or others' property.

Needless to say, back to cleaning and polishing.

Precisely why I didn't take my eyes off mine while at the last show.

I wonder if folks do this out of monetary hate or they just like to destroy things.

Just changed out the spark plugs, wow is that NOT a fun job.(451)  I had to get #6 from underneath.  :eek4:  First time I changed plugs since I installed the motor almost 3 seasons ago. They were done, one was misfiring/fouled. Needs more WOT and less idling around town!  :burnout:

What's the secret recipe?

BTW, I hate Bannanas.
Bad luck when you take them with you fishing!

Used a nut and lock washer on the end so the rod does move side to side as much.

I pulled the trigger on a set of Year One Rallye wheels and Nitto 555 tires. I hope to get them mounted and installed by the weekend. Boy they sure look good! 17x8 front, 17x9 rear. I'll post pics when it's done!
