Keeping cats and racoons from hiding under it!  :swear:
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Oh let me see :clueless: I tied the frames, installed tubs, ladder bars, 14x32 tires, a 456 dana, took the 4 spd out and put a 727 with brake and 5500 stall, and built a bigger engine , then put in a 6 point cage.

Then I woke up from my nap dream.   I am 330 miles from my car

I did hit a high score of 107mph on the garmin on the way home lol. I'd be in trouble with an overdrive or something less than 3.91!

You must have been bouncing off the rev limiter.  LOL

Rev limiter? Lol, that poor engine has seen very close, if not, 7,000rpm on accident. Up to 6,500 on purpose . It should have blown up a long time ago. 15psi of hot oil pressure at idle with 15w-50, has bent valves before, has dremeled piston reliefs (it was daily driven, i was too poor to buy another set of pistons...hey its worked for about 15,000miles  :screwy:), its been revved to the moon, has had shotty machine work (thanks Las Vegas Machine  :stomp:), and....well i drive the tar out of it  :burnout:

That was a good 5,500rpm or so pull, i do have 28.5" tall tires which doesnt hurt.

Cruise in pics

This weekend, replace door switch, glovebox and maybe start installing the instrument cluster. That is if it stops raining and I can do the work without noticing that "dashpad".
