Had to work Saturday so I snuck in my latch plate and radiator yoke for a bead blasting and etch priming. I left those two items off the car so something had to be done quick, final paint is coming up fast.

I actually did some cruising. and stalling..  :misbehaving: looks like I forgot to fill the tank after I adjusted the sending unit.....  :banghead:

but it was good to get out and ride! I got some work to do.... I even wound up behind a new Challenger.

I took my Cuda to a buddy who has been working on Mopars for over 30 years.  It had a bunch of small problems (exhaust leak, head gasket leak, carb not set up right, etc.)  I should get it back this week, hopefully running a lot better.

Since I just got my car today (Monday 2-23-09), I will be looking for the Broadcast sheet, sorting through everything they placed inside the car and cataloging all the parts.

However, this is only the first weekend of many.

Very cool bro. I love all the shots and love your Chally and the Firebirds. I'll have to organize a cruise with some of my buds now. Thanks or the pics.

Hopefully, if all goes as planed, I will be doing a compression test on my 318. It hasn't been turned over in six years, so first I have to make sure it's not frozen up. I have already pulled the spark plugs and poured some Marvel Mystery Oil (about one once each) into each cylinder.  And Friday I will turn it over by hand, to make sure it will turn over, and then change the oil, oil filter, charge the battery and prime the oil pump.  Then Saturday comes the true test……will she start.  Keep your fingers crossed, I know mine will be.

I've got to pull my door panels to fix window rattles and lube the mechanism.  The passenger side is getting pretty noisy so something has come loose.  :dunno:  If the weather is good, maybe some early Spring cleaning
