Yesterday I installed a pair of Remflex header and collector gaskets on my 417 SB stroker in the Cuda.  They seem like nice gaskets but I will have to take a few trips in the car to see how well they work.

Same thing as last week. Stripping paint. But I'm almost done.
The body shop estimator couldn't make it. Hopefully this week-end he can.

First car show of the year for my car club saturday (Tidewater Mopar Club) in VA Beach, VA. It was 68-70 degrees & sunny for the last two days. It's raining now and supposed to be a high of 50 Saturday, but thankfully no rain called for. I hope we have a good turnout. I am looking forward to it!! Nothing like classic Mopars and free BBQ!! :woo:

I will be changing the oil pan on my 70 challenger, have a milodon 8qt and it bottoms out and rips holes in it when doing hard cornering on rough roads, Thought the new shocks and 1" torsion bars would have helped this but no.
Will be putting the 6qt hemi pan on for extra ground clearence.
Will also be looking for a new rally center cap as the right front broke loose, still have all the bolts though.

I started putting the car back together, front bummper, road lamps, hood pins, re-wired the rear lights, and put all the rear tail lights, and body plugs back in.  Tomorrow is the rear window, window trim, seats and door panels.

All this work just to rid the car of rust,  :bananasmi  and it is worth every minute and all the scapes and cuts.

Whew, what a day.

I cleaned and dyed my rear seats, top a bottom from white to black and the sun visiors. Changed out the slave wheels back to the Ralley's, put the rear window in, painted the door gaps to match the outside of the car, put all seats and door panels back in.  I put the seam sealer in the trunk, polished the rear window trim and put that in as well a hundred of other little things.

Here are some photos of the progress......it is starting to look like a whole car again.
