I put on my belt molding.  It is never fun drilling hole in your car,  :grinno: but it wasn't to bad. I also cleaned up my window wiper grill covers, as the last time it was painted they sprayed them orange.

Changed a leaking header gasket . I had to jack up the motor but it was worth it . That leak was bugging the heck out of me and taking some of the fun out of driving around . :cooldancing: :cooldancing: :clapping: :clapping:

I drained some water out of the tank and drove it arouond town.  That took me an hour to get out of the grocery store talking to car guys about it.  Then cruised through a windy mountain road through the country and some farmland to get all the water out of the bowls of the carb and had a blast.

I finished wrestling with the body lines.

Finally got it figured out. The right side fender and door needs out just a .... hair forward.

Replaced the motor mounts.

Next weekend should be upper control arms, then the car might be mobile again!

God damn that is a cool looking car!

Spent some time with my mother.  I couldn't get her to help me work on my car so we had to go to lunch.

I installed a rad. overflow tank (no more peeing at every cruise in for me).....and also welded up the inner fender-to-shocker tub brace in my passenger front wheel well
