Just going to install a couple new pieces of trim and drive it. The 5.7 runs better than expected and put on just over 600 break-in miles last weekend.

pulled it out of the garage for the first time in 2 weeks this evening and took some pictures of it down the street. Its running nice, but found a 2 inch scratch on one of the billboards. Pi$$ed me off!! since its about the only blemish on the car.

No[pe - it's FE5 Rallye Red - crappy cell phone camera kind of screws up the color.  Went by the shop a little while ago and it looks pretty good - car is very straight although I've definitely got some wet sanding to do - more than it's share of runs in the clear :pullinghair:

Worked on the drivers side door latch to get it lubed up and working. It didn't work too well and I may have to replace. Also finished buffing up the stainless around the side glass. I'd like to get the glass and weatherstripping installed this week. Then I can move to sound deadener inside the car.

Finishing up chasing the bodyline on the passenger side.

I can't believe how much it takes to get it just right. I study it methoidically. Sanding it ever so gently in the smallest angles; being ever so careful not to cross the finished edge. Then throw on another primer on it to see it again. Its sooo close now.

Determined!  :banghead:

The question I ask myself is: When will it get perfect?
