I pushed my luck a little to far on Sunday and got caught in a good drizzle.   :swear:

Today I installed my new speedo/gauge cluster so hopefully by the weekend it will quit raining and I can take it out for a drive

How are you making out down there?  Steady winds at 25 MPH and pelting rain here in Manchester, NH.  So far, not as bad as last year.

Thanks God right now everyhitng has settled down.  According to the new some areas of Boston had sustained winds of 80mph.  Wonder what the roads look like..  Hope you're ok up there!

Thanks!  We made it through the night.  I'm going to take a quick walk around the house before I head to work, to make sure everything is mostly intact.  A second day off for the little one; in my opinion, yesterday was a wasted day off.  But they couldn't have known how soon the winds would pick up.  So, better to be cautious.

Glad everything appears ok up in your neck of the woods.

Yeah, I was thinking that it was just a rain storm until about 2pm yesterday when the winds started up then by 3pm it got really scary.  Thank God I got home in time as stuff started flying!  Yeah, my kids have another day off too.  Off to Aunty Barbara's house they go!  ;D

Got the 440 fired again today after putting on new header gaskets last month. The pop is gone so they must have worked. Still have to play around with the shifter or replace it. Looks like this weekend I might get the car out to burn some of the dust of the tires. Need to hit the tire shop too since my back right won't hold air for more than an hour. Haven't done much with anything recently because of back problems and a new video game.

NIKKI's getting a fresh tank of premium with a special blend   ::)  of fuel stabiizer and mystery oil. The BFG's are getting overinflated, the wheels will get a light spray of W-D 40 and the batterys coming into the basement. Nitey nite baby, I'll wake you in the spring.  :sadwavey:

Tabitha will not sleep!  I will take her out on dry days and fire her up every week or so in the garage.

:woohoo:  well I was thinking about putting the cars away for winter storage but looking at the weather for Michigan, it appears we may have a warm weekend this next week with almost 60* heatwave!   I'm gonna wait to change the insurance to storage for another week.
