Wanted to adjust my brake light switch (was coming on too late) but nothing seems to "adjust".  I found a hard washer (orange) to back the switch away from the plate.  Seems to work.  Does this setup look stock?

The blue wires were not connected to anything.  Should they be?

My stock 15" wheel was just too big after I put the Avenger seats in the car, so I tried out a few Grant steering wheels (that felt crappy) and found one I really like.  The yellow notch will go with the color scheme.

This is the Grant 1075 with the 5318 adapter.  It feels great!

Finally got a chance to change the oil as it had gas in it from a carb leak.  :-\  Carb leak hopefully fixed.  ;)

Hopefully in the mornings before work I can do some grinding on the Mach 1 rims to make them fit the front hub.  :grinyes:

That-a-boy Phil.  Little bit at a time.

Are you really grinding the rims?  I have aftermarket hubs on mine.  And, after I had a shop do some brake work for me, I found the wheels did not seat properly.  I ended up grinding the hub, since that seemed less risky than modifying the rims.

Over last week, I had my steering column which was already totally dis assembled, brought down to one of the worst neighborhoods in Oakland to get sand blasted.

Zombies and garbage everywhere!   :22yikes:

On Thursday, I epoxy'd them, gave them a light 3M scuff then shot them with a spray gun.
It came out really good. It was difficult trying to get the right matte finish with a slight gloss in it but I did it.

Once I get my turn signal arm from Dave at Roseville, I'll begin re assembly this next week.

Driving it.  Maybe clean something on it.  Still fighting leaky M/C caps. Oh well. :burnout:

Tom
Tom did you try lowering the fluid level? I think we both have the same M/C and I had a leaking issue too till I lowered the level as Cass suggested?
Oh ya... Happy Birthday! :poopoke:

Beautiful weather this past week, I too have had mine out quite a bit!

Unfortunatly my weekend was spent waiting...     :droolingbounce:

The car was under the paint gun but they didn't get her re-assembled in time to pick up Saturday morning.  I should pick her up today or Tuesday.

Im on vacation this week.  I am taking the time to try to get my cuda mostly finished up.  Tried putting on belts yesterday, but they were the wrong size.  Do over today.  Hoses, radiator, fan, shroud, over flow tank, are installed.  Today I am finishing up the Vintage AC system under the hood.  I am stopping to order up one front and one rear rim for my car just to make sure they fit before I purchace tires.  My rear diff and axles are ready and will be installed today with the brakes.  I can make the measurement and order the drive shaft from Keisler.  Is that enough for today?  Tomorrow I start tidying up the wiring and install a battery in the trunk.  The alt/ammeter conversion will get done tomorrow too.  My body guy is coming over on thursday to hang doors, fenders, hood, bumpers, and grille.  That will be a huge move foreword. Im not sure, but I may get it fired this weekend, or early next week.  Then I have to fix all my problems, get and alignment, charge the AC.  Blah blah blah.  Lots to do yet.  I cant get too far ahead of my self.  Wish me luck.
