Ouch 3500  .  I probably should not show you this pic.   I just put in a Dynamic converter on Monday.  :ylsuper:  I'm hoping the RPM may go down a little more compared to my old MP 175K

Tell me those pics were taken while the car was on the dyno. The pictures are just too good to have been taken with one hand flying down the highway at 90 in an Ebody. I would hate to see how much further you went if that was done on the street.

gkring, No dyno.   It was on the Pennsylvania turnpike.  Yes it was one hand on the wheel and one on the camera. The car rides very smooth.   I did not try taking any pix once I went into triple digits.

Goody, mine is a 9.5 also.  What a difference.  I had no clue how poor a performer the 175K was.

Back on topic for you Madmax.  The GV's are like TTI.  Everyone is supposed to sell at the same price.  No discounting allowed.   If you look hard you may find someone that will knock a few bucks off but not much.  I paid 400 to have mine installed and H pipe relocated.  If you have an e body with TTI H pipe exhaust the H will be in the way.

Now you can get a TTI H-pipe that clears the GV.

Just for reference, the X-Pipe with Gear Vendors does fit. It's close but it fits.

Very interesting. Learn something new every day. I think for the price I might consider at that point ordering one of the new Passon Performance 18 spline overdrive units.

I got mine local from Zigs Street Rods, http://stores.ebay.com/Zigs-Street-Rods for $2200 last year.  They said GV got on them for offering them so cheap.  Their first auction had a buy it now of $2050.  I think they're the cheapest out there if you decide to go that route.  :2cents:

Nice that tti has addressed the H pipe issue.  We had to move the crossover on mine.  GV says they work with tti to keep that from happening.
