OK springs are in stock location stock rally rims 15", 1--what are recommend tire size without any rubbing issues? 2-- what radial tires should i buy moneys not an issue I read so many posts i can't decide?

Most should be able to run 275/60/15's but that is not always the case. The only way to know for sure is to measure or trial fit tires/rims. I plan on rolling the wheel opening lip and running something like 295/50's on my Challenger without rubbing issues but I might have to do a spring relocation to get that done.

I know of 2 Challs running 295/50/15 on 8" rims with no rubbing but it is a tight fit
Buy the best tire you can find in the size you want of money is no issue
