brake lines
« on: April 29, 2008 - 09:21:51 AM »
after painting engine compartment white, instead or black, now i have to be picky on all of the other parts. before just paint everything black. i spent couple of hours cleaning, scraping, sanding, brushing off my brake lines. now they look good, back to metal. now my question is, what do i do with them now? what do you finish them with?

You could always paint the lines a silver color the same as what the natural color to prolong the rust look coming back. :2thumbs: Using a wire brush on the spring coiled sections would help in clean up. :swaying:
