The main thing I have heard about repro bumpers in general is that they are a thinner metal, and can look wavy for the cheaper ones.  If your original bumpers are still good cores, get them rechromed.

Had mine redone and was very happy with the results. Keep the steel real.

I have heard that apart from the repop bumpers being a bit thinner, the chrome color can be different front to back bars. At least when you get your own bars done at the same time they will have the same color.   :2cents:

Tropicalcats:

You posted pics a while back, and I thought your bumper chrome looked really good.  I took the number for B&R off that business card, and left several messages on their voicemail, and they don't call back.  Any idea if they are still in business?  Seems like they do great work, and they are only an hour drive from me!

Thanks again,

-Tom

Getting ready to order in a day or 2 . Here is what I've found .

Paddocks $300,00 each or both for  $520.00

Dantes $270.00 each or both $540.00

E Bay do not hold me to this but I think it was $270.00 each or $540.00

$20.00 between high and low is no big deal I have to check shipping still .Dose anyone know anything about any of these bumpers . I'm wondering if they aren't all made by the same co, ? :banghead:
