I will post more as time goes, planning on buying some pistons before i port the heads :2thumbs: these will be awesome............ putting them on a 472 - 440 wedge.

Is that flow at 28"?? Or the old 10"?

With the big port Commando heads being capable of exceeding those BB head figures by 50/60 cfm on both Intake and exhaust in ported condition (with much smaller valves) you can see why I always extol their virtues for being a factory SB head.

When do you plan on having your heads on the bench please.  My guys flowed these heads in the corner of a workshop where there flow bench is set up and not in a controlled air condition room.  Looking forward to your post. :2thumbs:

I bet they were in a controlled air conditioned enviroment when the flowed them, this would of bumped up the numbers for sure. :2thumbs:

I know another guy who tested some Stealths on a SuperFlow 600 Bench at 28" with portflow analyzer 3.0 software. His results were as follows...

.600 lift, out of the box heads....................     Intake- 254.4 cfm
                                                                 Exhaust-198.3 cfm

.600 lift, with bowl blending and mild port work...Intake - 282.5 cfm
                                                                 Exhaust- 223.7 cfm

sorry a newbie ?....but what are an approx number for 906's ported and unported..i realize there are big variances here just  curious of a ballpark figure

I have to agree here again.............. my buddy who flow the heads said that he was bummed because he has spent money on Stage 6 heads and wish he had seen the stealth first :2thumbs:
