Did they make any Sassy 'Cudas in 70? All I have ever seen are T/A's in that hue, not even an AAR to tell you the truth. I know it was a 71 color but thought it was extremely limited in 70. Cool color for sure

Sassy Grass came out in 1970. My 4-speed AAR was originally Sassy Grass. In the late 70's or early 80's it was repainted brown and the AAR stripe was replaced with a yellow pinstripe. :eek4:

Check out this one on eBay right now. Last time it went for around 30K, looks like the buyer was a deadbeat...

Looks decent for the money you said it bid to. The weird thing is it has A/C stuff on it but not coded for it. The color also is not sassy grass or even sublime by the look of it.  :clueless: Looking at the little video clip makes it apparent that it is Limelight after all.

Did you see the interior on that car?
Looks like crap. I bet it's pretty expensive to redo an interior like that.
A pretty paint sometimes hides a lot.

Fender tag is a better car

Just noticed you are right Al. The tag is for a BS 'Cuda and the vin is Gran Coupe. He does say the front clip is from another car but I didnt know that meant the inner fenders also  :dunno:
I also noticed that in the clip the engine wants to misfire, he gets a cough out of it a couple of times and he never gets the rpm's up very far at all, has either a engine tick or an exhaust leak too. Probably just needs some tuning done.

I have a '71 for sale for $30,000.  It needs paint, so you could paint it Sassy Grass & have money left over.

Sassy Grass cars had the grille painted Sassy Grass, too, didn't they?

That was no upgrade!
