I have my large red wiring going into a fuse panel under the hood...........which is powered from another source cause my battery is in the trunk ...

On a msd 6AL , 440 engine, you dont use a ballast resister, right? what do you do with the wires.

the blue wire is 12v feed & the brown is start feed so they can be connected together & connected to the small red trigger wire on the MSD unit

Thanks  for your quick response, after looking at it again tonite, i thought that is was that way, wish id read your response earlier before looking myself again, thanks again

you are welcome , there is a pigtail in the wiring pkg included in the MSD kit that simply plugs into the ballast plugs & the small red wire to the MSD
