Front End Dolly Suggestions

Looking for a few suggestions if anyone has any.  I am tearing down my Barracuda and prepping for paint in the engine compartment and front wheel  housings.  Does anyone suggest a good car dolly or dolly system that can be hooked up to the front frame rails to allow me to remove all the front suspension and keep the body movable?  Thanks

My body guy uses a /6 K frame with a couple of old tires and a couple suspension pieces to keep everything in place.  With the engine supported, he just drops the whole K frame and suspension in one piece, and bolts in the /6 frame.  I would think you could find these parts pretty cheap.

I made some casters out of some steel square tubing I had and some casters with pneumatic tires from Harbor Freight.  I then bolted them to where the front bumper mounts attach to the frame rail.  They worked good.  I figured that the front bumper was meant to support a bumper jack, that the empty engine bay should be no problem.  I even towed it across town in that configuration.

I made mine out of angle iron and made them so they bolt up to the two bolt holes for the front bumper as Travis72 did.  I wasn't sure how strong that would be (probably enough), so I added a center section that runs parallel to the lower radiator support from the same material.  Just make sure whichever casters you use won't break on you due to being overweighted.   I think mine are made of solid rubber and were capable of 350 lbs. each or so.
