Those pictures are terrible.
The first thing I see is the Challenger name plate instead of the script lettering.
I think I see a non Rallye light bar pop riveted in.
It looks like the right lower dash trim is a 70 Challenger but the left seems to have the indent like 70 and up Cuda or 71 and up Challenger. It's hard to tell.
