Matt Delaney is a builder out of Louisiana I believe. He's done quite a few custom E body builds. He did a 6.1L convertible 70 Challenger, a red 71 Cuda, a black 70 AAR custom with an independent rear suspension and a shaker hood, a 68 Charger with a Viper engine, etc etc.
