How many splines do a standard 8-3/4" rearend axel have..?
I got 35 splines Strange axels, will any 3. member fit in between them..

35 splines will not fit without using a custom spool
I can`t remember the spline count 28-29-30?

30 spline is 8 3/4 35 is 9 3/4

That meens that I'm stock with my spoole, since the rearend is shortend, and the axels is 35 splines..
Or can I get a posi rear made for 35 spline axels.

Just an interesting note,the stock 30 spline axles are the same size and spline as a 727 output shaft,so you can slip a 727 driveshaft yoke on an 8 3/4 axle.(not that you would ever need to)
