New guy here and new to Mopars/Barracudas
« on: May 20, 2008 - 07:33:58 PM »
I have a 70 Barracuda with a 383 auto trans. I have had the car for 10 months and just trying to figure this whole thing out. I am in Oklahoma but will be moving to Wrightstown, NJ on the 1st of June and looking for some car clubs around that area.

Welcome :newbie:   Hey does your fender tag have an m46 code on it or the vin starting bp?  Just noticing the grill and lower black grill. Was your car a factory 383 2bbl?

Glad to see  more and more new members

Dont know, doesnt have a fender tag. You told me rethink it, remember? I wish I knew more about these cars but I dont. I would like to have a detailed book telling me more than the net does.

That is a beautiful car. I'm not crazy about the red line tires, but a very nice ride none the less. All the info you could ever need is right here on this board, so ask away. Welcome aboard Brother.

:clapping:  Welcome to the forum.  Nice Barracuda you have there.  I'm sure you'll be able to find some car clubs and MoparHeads in NJ.  Did you purchase your car in Oklahoma?  Like others have said, ask your questions until you run out of them.

:iagree: 100%  I think those redwalls look great.  I remember the GTO's running with them back in the late 1960's.
