fender tag decoding

Hey i am looking at a 74 sebring that is sitting a farmers field. The guy tells me the rear end is a sure grip. Can I tell this from the fender tag? Didn't have anyway for me to lift the rear end enough to get under it . The fender tag does tell me it was a 400 4bbl with discs on the front and drums on the back. I think its a rare car as it is a sundance package?? No engine no tranny but i can get it for 200 bucks. All I need is the sure grip rear end, if it is one

Maybe ask the guy if you can dig around for the build sheet. I think the sure grip option was for our e-bodies is D91. Whether that will show on the build sheet or not I
