We have just gone in to our second day of Winter here.  And it is finally raining but is somewhat cold, i had to put a vest on today because it was cool, usually shorts and shirt weather here with some pullover moments

  You need to come down a little further south to Victoria, down to -2 degrees C. or below 30 degrees F. We are experiencing heavy fog lasting most of the day, at least it is not snowing at our place , yet.
