Question for Barry.
« on: June 03, 2008 - 05:30:12 PM »
Barry,

I found a 70 Challenger on Ebay that is nearly identical in coincidence with the car my father had owned. I have PM'ed the seller asking which dealer it came from since they have the window sticker.

I also have the VIN. IS it possible to cross reference this with your database to see if you have anything on this car?
VIN:JH23HDB234993

Here is the auction.

thanks in advance.

It was on Ebay before, back in Jan. of '07. Different seller in South Carolina then, but they said the car was in another state.

They did not mention the window sticker or selling dealer in the first auction.

Thanks for the tip. I appreciate it.

Just looking at the car, I know it is out of my reach as far as a restoration, even out of my realm of price. I have one that that is as much of a basket case that I would like to finish first.. :screwy: :icon16:
As I remember my father's car, and the details of his purchase, It was likely ordered in Sept-October timeframe. I can remember most of the options. ( yeah, selective memory at it's best.
Anyway, just wanted to know if you had any information on the mentioned VIN aside from what I searched on  your site.
