Very cool car!

Is that Bill Howell's friend's car or something like that?  :clueless:

572 CUI HEMI putting out 870 horses

... lighter than a Honda S2000 and four times the power...

I'd just love to floor it once in that ride!

There is 3/4 of a million dollars tied up in that car. I saw it at SEMA and all I have to say is WOW!

I believe so..I think it had to do with it being sold and it didn't get as much as the seller had wanted then a lot of people started saying this and that about the car then I think the guy who made the car got a little upset, rightfully so.  That's the G-Force Cuda isn't it?  :clueless:

There's a cool vid of it in the cones somewhere.    I think it looks like a toy with that stance/wheels.  Some of it I really like...Some of it I don't.    Nice car either way.

It sold at BJ  in Jan 2007 for 560k. It cost 750k to build and I think  someone on this board had it out with the builder in the forum. I am not sure on the prices

Yes, it is the G-Force Cuda built by Bob Johnson. It's not too popular with a majority of board members here if I recall.

I can appreciate the work and from what I can see the craftsmanship but IMO that went a "little" overboard on customization. Not as tastefully done as I myself would have liked but, each to their own. Below is a photo that I think explains my thoughts best. They lowered it that much, to fit the larger dia. rims they had to cut holes on the fenders for room, again, a little "overboard". They were obviously going for all out custom so overboard may be fine but there are ways of going about it and still having a nice balance. I think if they lifted the front quite a bit and the car overall "slightly" it would help tremendously in the looks department. I bet it goes like stink and handles well though. It's good to be different.

Here is a pic I took on the 2006 HRPT.  I was told that it was initially built to be a racer in the 0mph-200mph-0mph category.

If I recall correctly, the lowering was for function as well.  It was built to go +200MPH and to set a world record in the full mile.
