Well, it's not done yet but is really getting close. I got the drivers side buffed out and Challenger gary's stripes on. Got the shaker all fitted up. Still need to bleed the brakes and fire the big 472 up. I really wanted to fire it up yesterday but flat out run out of time. Just needs gas put in the tank. It is soooooooo close. Also need to finish buffing the passenger side and add the stripe. Here are some pics I took today.

before you fire it up remove the Shaker , & the PS belt , this way you will not have to shut it down early if there is a problem with the PS & you wil be able to adjust the engine better
 Looking Awesome BTW :2thumbs:

Thanks for the suggestions CP, I'll definitely get that shaker off of there. I put manual steering on it (hope I don't regret that) so I won't have to worry about that belt.

Oh you'll regret it.  I talk people into converting Manual to PS all of the time. These aren't the 60s and 70s anymore. Your wife will never drive it. (Good\Bad?)

Don't forget my timing trick that I told you about on Friday. And don't break it in with open exhaust.

What's the timing trick?
Rob's timing trick is this, remove all of the spark plugs, using a high speed starter like the new mini-starters, spin the engine and set the initial timing. Re-install the plugs and fire it up. (Hope I got that right Rob, correct me if I screwed it up)
