After reading this post, I figured that I'd add my 2 cents. I have the Electric Life power window kit on my Cuda, and it is true that the windows go down faster than they come up. When running my factory Cuda's alternator, there was insufficient "juice" to raise the window up faster while the engine was at idle. If you gave the engine a little more rpm's by pressing on the gas pedal, you will notice that the window goes up much quicker.
Anyway, as time went on, I decided to swich to the Magnum's engine accessories because I wanted to run a serpentine belt and the higher amp alternator. And, this change fixed the slow window raising problem. I think that the Magnum's alternator puts out something like 130amps compared to the 65amps on our factory alternators. And, the Magnum's Denso alternator puts out excellent "juice" at idle. (No more headlights dimming while I sit at traffic lights)
Anyway, my point is more power = faster window raising. And, less power = slow window raising.
Again, just my 2 cents.
