Time for 'round two' of my education here, home stretch. Come Monday I go into the BMW S.T.E.P program. It's only six months long, but it's jam-packed enough full of stuff that they give you two-years BMW wrenching experience for that six months. Which is fairly substantial since you can be considered a 'BMW Master Technician' after 5 years experience. I was accepted into the program after finishing up at UTI in January, it's a pretty stout application process. The training doesn't cost me a dime which is the best part, BMW and my Vegas Sponsoring dealer pickup the $22,000 tab  :faint: I've heard it's pretty intense, but I've been waiting for it!

:pullinghair::jumping::faint::woohoo:, all at the same time

Wish me luck!!  :2thumbs:

Good luck Mike.  :2thumbs:

With your brains and knowledge it will be like taking first grade all over again.

Since you’re being sponsored by a Vegas car dealer, does that mean you will be moving back to Vegas after your schooling is completed?

So, are they gonna teach you sewing there too?

Watch the whole thing, it's awesome when the headlights come on.

Yes it will be intense - I met some of the BMW training instructors while attending WyoTech.  However if you made it that far, I'm confident you'll do fine.  I knew a few people who went into the BMW training, though honestly I never kept up with them, so I have no idea how it panned out.

I hope BMW's aren't as bad as Volkswagons - the wiring diagram for a VW makes even the most competent electrician go "What the F.....?!?"

Good luck man.  Knock 'em dead!

Best of luck with school!!!  Think of how much money you can make doing something that you actually don't mind doing. Think positive and focus and you'll do just fine. :2thumbs:
