Father's Day show @ Hooters
« on: June 15, 2008 - 09:32:56 PM »
Well, I haven't been posting a whole lot lately, I have been busy with work. I've had the last few weeks off and finally got my heads and cam installed.  It has rained here for about 2 weeks and today was the first nice day in as long as I can remember. I went for a cruise in the car with the son and we came across a little show of about 50 cars at the local Hooters. I ran up to the car wash, gave the car a quick clean and decided to drop in. There was only half hour of show left but the only mopar in the crowd managed to win "Hooters girls chocie" award...LOL.   :jumping:  I was beat out for best of show by a smokey and the banditt car   :puke:  but I guess he was there for 3 hours and not just over 20 mins.     (I personally think Hooters girls choice is the best award anyway..lol)

It just reminded me again why we all love these cars.

It was a great father's day.

Thanks for all the comments guys, it was a great little bonding experience..lol.  He sure does love the old car, I pretty well have to peel him out of it and tries to get in it everytime he's in the garage.
