thanks a lot!  no its alctually all just made out of flat stock mild steel.  the main rails are only 14 gauge, but i figure the stock rails are 18 gauge and not fully boxed, so i should be fine.  everything else is all 3/16".  iim going to make all the floor and wheel tubs for it also.  there wont be a whole lot done to the body, just a coulpe very subtle things.  like the wheel well openings will be swept back just a little bit, rocker extensions, the handle and all the marker lights are already shaved, the lower rear valance will be hand made with hand made exaust tips in it.  im still not sure about the grill and front valance.  im thinking about a way to make the new challenger head lights work in it.  Bob Thrash is working on some renderings for me now and will be helping a lot with the design once some sheet metal gets back on the car.  there will more than likely be one-off billet specialty wheels made for it too.

I've figured out that it is supposed to be polyurethane, but im not sure what hardness level.  Im getting the stuff from McMaster, and there is probably 15 different hardness levels to choose from.

There is a company called Imperial Rubber that makes some of the aftermarket Mopar mounts.  They would know about what durometer rubber to use.  Why not buy stock biscuits and fab the mounts?  Mancini Racing and Schumacher supply them.
