To those that have dealt with Brian,

Everyone my name is Amy Torretto, my husband and I have been in the middle of a move and in the process we have been selling a lot of items and I just found this website tonight I apologize it took so long. I understand that my husband was selling some parts on this site and I wanted to let everyone know that your funds will be refunded back to your paypal accounts as soon as I can sort out a problem with paypal.
I will refund the money because a few days ago my husband Brian was in a car accident he was driving his Cuda and was rear ended by a semi and pushed into a guard rail. He is currently in the hospital, but in the crash the Carbs were smashed to pieces along with his Cuda. It is a miracle he is alive. I just wanted to let all those know who purchased from my husband so there wouldn't be anymore problems with paypal, they have suspended our account because someone filed a complaint. He wanted me to let you guys know what happened so no one thought he was trying to scam anyone. He is still in the hospital and already making plans to buy another Cuda and figured this forum would be vital in that.
Thank you all for your time and your money will be refunded as soon as I can get paypal to unfreeze our account.

I hope Brian is ok.  Cars can be replaced, people can't.

I purchased the 670 Street Avenger from him.  $150 for the carb and $30 for shipping.

To Amy or Brian(or whatever your name is?)
I see you were on here this morning, and you didn't reply to this thread?
Which makes me think you are a thief, the one thing in life I just F---ing hate.
Most thieves are not man enough to meet up with me,are you gonna try and hide too?
If so let me just clue you in on something,I will do my best to find you and deal with this.
I found the last two people who tried to rip me off(thanks to the internet and a few computer friends)
I suggest you prove your story(newspaper will have the accident in it)

Let's wait and see. I tried to buy something from Brian, I bidded $1600. I got an immediate reply that it was already sold, too bad.
If someone wants to rip off possible buyers, than I am an easy target because I'm from overseas. But he did not.

I don't know Brian or Amy in person. You may be right, and have to deal with a thief. But I just wanted to let you know.

Needless to say: If my wife or son really would be hospitalised, I would not react immediately.

I hope everyone will be ok. Financially and fysically.

great, Brian torretto, Brian O'Conner and Domonic Toretto are the names from the Fast and the Furious.  At least there isn't an Amy in the "Fast and the Furious."  Just curious, How many sent him money and for what?  And Brian Toretto could just be his handle.  Afterall, Scatterbrain isn't my real name.

I sent him 180 for shipping and the 670.  I don't wanna be an a$$, but I opened a dispute with Paypal just in case.  Everbody else may also want to do so, there are time limits in place that can expire and limit any chance you have for resolution.  Here is my email conversations with him.

Shipping is about 30 dollars I'm sorry I didn't include that. I will mail it out today if I can if not tomorrow for sure.
