Greg - Thanks for the compliment. I've been doing this stuff for about 20 years now and kind of got the hang of it
I'm not a full blown professional but just a plugger that knows how to get it done. Fortunately, I've been blessed with a high heat tolerance and once I get to work on it in the evenings, I can get a lot down in a short period of time.
I wish I was making this kind of progress for a good reason though, my wife & I are selling our house (and my shop) and downsizing our mortgage. We kind of got in over our heads when we moved out here to TX and are paying the price now (literally). I am trying to bang this one out to a point where it is sellable to get a little extra cash for the move. We are due to close on our sale in about 5 weeks, so if I don't get it sold in about 2-3 weeks, I'll have to back burner it to concentrate on packing up and moving the house and the shop. Fortunately, I've found a couple of shops that I can rent for way less than what the extra cost of this house, land, and shop are running me right now. The shops I've found are about 1/2 the size of what I have now but I've found that having a bigger shop just allows me to spread out my mess.
