Z-bar

I have a z-bar from a B body.  The rod going to the clutch fork is for an e body and is to short.  I cobbled together something that works  but would like it to be right.  Are the z-bars different from E to B.  I saw the pictures in the "4-speed help thread" and I couldn't tell a difference.

What pedal rod do you have?  B-bodies are shorter and would cause this problem. 

By the way "Z-bar" is one of those off brand Chevy terms like "posi".

You can check out Brewer's website to see what parts are available.  They specialize in the 4 speed stuff.

I probably have the B body pedal rod.  I gotsa posi too.  Thanks for the info.
